Oliva Rama Tours is very pleased to announce a collaboration with local business Bella Vista Apartment Resort in the hope of attracting couples, families or groups who want more than just a birdwatching holiday. From my own experience I know that the passion for birdwatching is generally restricted to one or two members of a family with the other members sometimes struggling to occupy their time on other recreational activities.
Bella Vista is an Apartment Resort with many on-site leisure facilities, landscaped gardens and a breathtaking view to the Mediterranean, the natural park of Pego Marsh and the rugged Segura mountains. We are situated on top of a hill in the northern Costa Blanca, nearly equidistant from Valencia and Alicante airports (both about 1h drive). The distance to the beach is about 7 km. The nearest big towns are Oliva and Denia, and there is a good infrastructure to go to Valencia, Alicante, Benidorm and other places of interest. All our apartments have 2 bedrooms (one double, one twin), a fully equipped kitchen, living- and dining area, bathroom and a terrace with a stunning view to the sea.
On-site facilities:
Bella Vista is situated on a mountain side over-looking Pego Marsh, one of the regions bird-rich areas and every apartment has a balcony perfectly situated to observe some of the herons, egrets and raptors to be found there. The surrounding scrub of the mountain will also yield several sort-after species such as Black Wheatear, Blue Rock Thrush, Hoopoe, Crag Martin, Southern Grey Shrike, Dartford & Sardinian Warblers to name just a few.

We can also provide you with packed lunch or an authentic Spanish lunch in a restaurant in one of the surrounding valleys.
The reception sells tickets for theme parks, arranges bookings of Flamenco dinners, beauty treatments, tee-off times and hire cars.
